Roxana Scaffidi 

Roxana P. Scaffidi came to the U.S. from Peru in 1995 with a Business Administration Degree from San Ignacio Del Loyola University. She has gained over 25 years of experience in the field of Business Administration and Accounting which includes two comptroller positions in Publishing and Manufacturing Companies.
With her variety of experience, she decided to open her own company, in 2013, FL-Accounting & Advisers, to offer tailored accounting service to the small and mid-sizes business.

Roxana was an Adjunct Instructor at Palm Beach State College for three years; A Mentor of the Young Entrepreneur Academy for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. She was a 21st Annual Giraffe Award Nominee of the Women's Chamber of Commerce PBC and she has been nominated as one of 44th Annual Soroptimist International Boca Raton/Deerfield Beach's Women of Distinction.

Roxana earned the award  “Esperanza Award 2018” given by the Hispanic Chamber of commerce Palm Beach County, in recognition for Exceptional Achievement in Business and Dedicated Service to the People of the Community.

In recognition of her personal contribution of time, talent, and integrity to the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Roxana was awarded the 2016 Boca Raton Chamber Person of the Year.

Roxana truly believes in giving back to the community she is currently a Member of Board of Directors of different Non-Profit Organization such as the YMCA of Boca Raton; HOME and the Hepzibah House. Roxana is also a member of the Junior League of Boca Raton, FL and a volunteer for Best Foot Forward. She has served as a Board Member of the Boca Raton Children's Museum as well as Member of the Advisory and Finance Committees of Florence Fuller Child Development Center.
Roxana is also proficiency in Spanish.



Brandon Neff

Brandon Neff graduated in 2016 with a Master of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Central Florida.

Brandon has public, government and private accounting experience.  He had worked at Florida Accounting & Advisers as Accountant for over a year and a half.  He worked at a private company for over a year and then he worked as the Accountant of Broward County Aviation for the past 2 years.

Florida Accounting & Advisers has joined forces with the firm of Brandon Neff, CPA to further develop their high-quality accounting and tax services to their growing list of business clients. Neff has been named the Director of Accounting and will oversee the accounting team. 



Georgia Justus has a  DBA in Finance, a MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from University College of the Commonwealth. She is presently pursuing her CPA certification.

Georgia worked over 10 years at First Global Bank giving her corporate experience in finance and accounting which include:

  • Preparation of end of year Financial Statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • Utilized Oracle Flexcube to record accounting transactions related to company investments to include assets and liabilities (Bonds, Repurchase/Reverse Agreements, T-Bills, Money Market Accounts and Stocks).
  • Preparation of forecasted five-year financial budgets income statements, balance sheets and cash flows.
  • Financial Analysis of company and competitors’ financial statements. *ROE, ROA, EPS, Dividend payouts/Growth Models
  • Conducted analysis to make buy or sell decisions on company using Free Cash Flow methods and other economic valuation methods.
  • Preparation of strategic and operational plans
  • Analysis of productivity of employees and recommended solutions to increase productivity of employees
  • Worked on resolving discrepancies related to incorrect accounting entries passed by financial software Oracle Flexcube.
  • Successful Set-up of new products, which includes setting up of accounting entries and product features.

  Currently she is a Finance and Business Professor at Keiser University at the Flagship Campus.  



Seth Benkaddour has a Bachelor degree in Finance from the Palm Beach Atlantic University.  Seth has four years of bookkeeping and accounting experience in small businesses and also has worked for three years at the United States Attorney's Office at West Palm Beach, Florida supporting with the preparation, data analysis spreadsheets and developed charting, tables, and graphs; among other finance and administrative tasks.
